Religious Diversity and Sustainable China

In line with one of the major research areas at the University of Groningen, Sustainable Society, and within the research project Diversity, Inclusion and Pluralism, I have started a study of religious diversity in China.

A brief summary of this new project has been delivered in Theorizing Religious Diversity in China’, at the conference of the European Association for the Study of Religion (11-14 May 2014, Groningen, NETHERLANDS). The first paper on the topic was delivered at the CARD (Critical Analysis of Religious Diversity) Meeting (4-6 June 2014, Nyborg, DENMARK), with the title ‘A harmonious plurality of religious expressions: Theorising official normative paradigms in Chinese education practices.’
